U.S. SHIPPING: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States. Please note that returns will incur an $10 return shipping fee. Our standard shipping method is through USPS, ensuring reliable delivery usually within 5 business days. Opting for express delivery means your package will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS (at our discretion), with the possibility of unforeseen delays due to factors like weather or holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot refund express shipping charges in case of such delays.

All orders are meticulously wrapped and hand-packed at our facilities. Should you have any questions or special requests, feel free to reach out to us at vision@kuroathletics.com. Our dedicated team is available to assist you Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm (CST).

Orders received before 4:00 pm (CST) on weekdays are typically processed the same day. Most orders are processed promptly and shipped out immediately. Orders received after these cutoff times will be shipped on the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: For orders outside the U.S., please review the following carefully.

All international orders are shipped exclusively via DHL at a flat rate of $65 worldwide. While we cannot guarantee specific international shipping times, the average quoted delivery time is 3-6 business days. Please be aware that international shipping times vary by country, and additional import, VAT, or customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country. You are responsible for covering any such fees, and we will not mark packages as gifts. Each package will be labeled with its correct retail value.

Considering the aforementioned information, please be mindful when opting for express shipping, as we cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments.

Should you choose to return an international shipment, please note that you will not be refunded the shipping cost and will be responsible for the return shipping to us.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE): Our refund policy extends for 7 days from the date of delivery. Beyond this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

All online returns will incur an $10 return shipping fee, while exchanges are free. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. 

For U.S. returns, kindly reach out to us at vision@kuroathletics.com to request a prepaid return shipping label. International returns can also be initiated through the same email address.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically and credited to your original payment method, excluding any additional shipping charges.

ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Custom or prescription lenses. Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

If you encounter any issues with your prescription lens within 90 days, rest assured, we offer a one-time, no-cost change for your complete satisfaction. For assistance, reach out to us at vision@kuroathletics.com.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE): If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. You may also want to contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please don't hesitate to contact us at vision@kuroathletics.com.
